The nurse made me feel so calm. I was nervous but she made me feel like everything is okay. I went in there for one tooth and unfortunately I left there with a lot more issues :(. How do they expect anyone to pay those prices. Great service though from everyone.

Everyone at the clinic is very friendly, patient, and clearly knows their job well. They take the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. Tien, the dental hygienist, is especially talented—she’s incredibly gentle, friendly, and professional. I felt very comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit.

Some of the employees were very nice and helpful but the facility it self was very dirty. I even saw bugs I said something about it and was told there were no bugs. I go outside and I see pest control coming in. At least acknowledge that yes you do have a problem and something is being done about it would have been a better answer.
Also went in with a broken tooth infected (went to get a second opinion after going to Aspen that’s how I knew it was infected) and the doctor didn’t say anything about antibiotics or asked what em I doing to help with the pain. He was more concerned about doing a root canal, a crown and let’s look at payment options right away without listening to my concerns.

I have two dentists, I still travel back and forth to my hometown dentist and I wanted a local one for routine visits. Aspen is a very hightech office. Full of innovation and science. So far each visit has been pleasant and easy.
I think it is a little pricey and insurance doesn't cover most treatments, but it is like that everywhere. The staff here is nice and my dental assistant I have had twice now has been really nice to work with.
