Everything was explained to me professionally and my issue was resolve. The place was such a warm welcoming with plenty of rooms for comfort. I have found my forever dentist.

I was looking for a new dentist and thought I'd give Aspen Dental a try. Immediately I was welcomed with fantastic customer service over the phone, I was kind of shocked! In-person was no different. The check-in process is smooth and seamless, and the staff is wonderful! Their smiling faces and personas were fantastic! I had the pleasure of getting my X-rays done by May, who is utterly phenomenal! She knew exactly what she was doing, smiling and laughing with me while we were doing it! We were having a ball, which doesn't usually happen when getting X-rays.

I then was met by Rhody who was quick to introduce herself and start up a great conversation. She measured the health of my gums with great efficiency and accuracy, making sure I could get out in a timely manner! I then saw the Doctor, Dr. Zach who was very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable.

I rounded out with Erica at the front desk who went over all the insurance information needed. She was very knowledgeable and when I had more questions she went and asked the proper people. I felt really taken care of, a wonderful experience!

I had the absolute BEST experience today. Treated me like family. They were super sweet from the moment i walked through the doors. Nothing but smiles and warm welcomes. No pain experienced and doctors were very informative on everything needed to be done. Would recommend 100%. I love this place!!

👍👍👍. What a great experience I’ve had an aspen dental of Glastonbury . Let’s start off by saying the staff there is over the moon spectacular. Came in to get an appointment to become a new patient and set up an appointment, This is where it gets out of this world for me. The receptionist tells me that I’m able to come in the next day now where do you know that you can go into a new office to get an appointment and tell you that you can set up your appointment for the next day we’ll damn 🎉🎉🎉. So the next day happen. I’m going for my appointment to get my teeth checked out find out that I need some work done.

Thinking that it’s going to be next week to get it done after. After talking to the dental hygienist and dentist they took me through What I have to get done to my teeth, knowing damn well that what they’re telling me won’t stick in my head for a week. So I speak with the financial department to know what’s my damage $$ and while doing this and setting up my appointment, she goes to the back and talk with the dentist and come to find out that the dental hygienist has a opening for today, and if I was able to get my teeth done the same day as being a new patient. This was like exciting to know that I’m able to go into new dentist office get my teeth taken care of all in the same day. And figure out a plan to get my teeth the way they have to be. This Staff had a spectacular personality was easy to talk to understanding. Made me feel comfortable.

Wasn’t scared to ask questions the process from the beginning to the end unbelievable. (Consultation, X-raysDental plan, Scaling All in one day). Question is would I referred aspen dental to anyone else HELLLL YES 👏. Thank you, Aspen crew. We have ways to go Dr Rhodalyn and Dr. Zachary See yall soon Catrice XOXO
