I have failed my teeth miserable. While I practice proper oral hygiene I've failed to maintain a consistent relationship with a dentist. Maybe 2 visits the past 20 years. While my teeth aren't rotting away and breaking they are still in pretty rough shape by all accounts. The staff today was amazing, understanding and very informative and helpful.

They did not make me feel terrible about my lack of dental/patient relationship they assured me they were here to help and kept the ball rolling on the best route to get my beautiful smile back. Thanks so much ladies, I appreciate you all making the process so easy. I don't so well with social interactions at all, but this office was very pleasant and make a difficult time for me much easier to deal with. Looking forward to our journey to getting my smile back 😀

My experience at the dentist in waterloo was a great experience. . the help from the front desk to the gal doing x-rays to the dentist that will do the work was very friendly but also professional and thrall and only had short waits between stations and procedures. . on a scale of 0-10 10 being perfect I would have to give a 9. 75.

. . nah I'll say 10. . thanks for the time you spent with me doing what I needed to get figured out

I read the reviews before I went to my appointment and honestly I almost canceled my appointment because of the bad reviews I read. Im so glad I chose to see for myself. From the moment I walked in, to the lady who got me financing they were extremely nice and helpful.

The dental hygienist was great and so was the dentist and xray tech. The scheduling and billing department was horrible. I was trying to get in for over a month. They would reschedule me or not answer at all. They even tried to reschedule me again once I came in until the dentist told them to fit me into the schedule I already had an appointment for. Then billing pushed me through and made me pay without even discussing what I was paying for. I then looked at my bill and guess what? Yall charged me double for multiple things and charged me for things you didn't give me and also charged me for a flosser, toothpaste that was a prescription, and other items that I didnt get or ask for.

I keep calling billing and they refuse to even try to solve the problem. I didn't get my prescription and was told i was getting a cleaning for my gums today and didn't. Still in pain and it wasn't ever solved. The schedulers were rude and it wasn't until the dentist told them I could be seen that I was even able to get an appointment. Still in pain. Was told i would be scheduled for next week but wasn't even given my prescription or the washing they said I would get before I left. They also never actually put me in the schedule.

Called and was sent voicemail 5 times. It's impossible to actually contact anyone. Waste of time and money. You expect people to take time off of work but yall will just keep rescheduling even when there isn't anyone else there and i have an appointment. Called billing and they dont care.
