I’ve been a patient here for a year, and they excel at fitting in same-day appointments when I had a tooth emergency. Dr. Carter is friendly and explains treatments clearly, though sometimes the office feels a bit rushed during peak times. The hygienists are thorough with cleanings, and the office is modern with easy check-in.

They work with a wide range of insurances and offer payment plans, which is helpful. My only note: wait times can creep up on weekends, but the staff keeps you updated. Overall, it’s a solid choice for convenient, no-fuss dental care that gets the job done well.

Staff was nice but the prices they gave me for everything was INSANE! For just for a bottom denture they wanted $5000 (and I have their savings plan)!! I can get a whole set for $2200. If you're looking for a nice staff, they are awesome but if you're looking for reasonable prices... I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Never go to Aspen Dental! Down right dirty scam for first time patients! They will get you right in to the office faster than lighting! Once your there prepare to receive ever xary there is of your teeth, worst higenist I ever had in my life. I am 64 and never had anyone continue to hit my teeth with the mirror over and over in and out of my mouth. Used a sharp object to check for pockets and was forcing it into my gums around my teeth.

Told me she could bot clean my teeth that I had to schedule a deep cleaning. I ask will the insurance pay for that, she said someone would come back and talk to me. NOT! The Doctor came in next looked me over and said your teeth look great and that I had some build up but the cleaning would take care of that! I told her the other girls said it would be against the law for her to clean my teeth normally! The doctor seemed surprised as I was.

She went to talk to girl and never returned. Was given a list of cost on the way out! $2100 to $2500 to deep clean my teeth! So disappointed! I said Nope show me the exit! Now they used up my insurance for xray and exam! Teeth not cleaned is what I went in for!

I had gone to Aspen Dental before but in Knoxville. And I was terrified to go back. . . However, I went to the Aspen Dental in Alcoa? And now I'm not so scared of going to the Dentist.

The ladies were all gentle and very aware of if they were hurting me, they were all funny and very sweet tempered, and they all made sure that I was calm and knew that if I was hurting at any time I could speak up. I can't thank these women enough. From the first lady to the last, all of them? Sweethearts. 10/10, I recommend this place with every fiber of my being.
