I am writing on behalf of my grandfather regarding an issue we experienced during his recent visit to your office. In 2023, my grandfather came to your office to receive his bottom Dentures. At that time, your staff also adjusted his existing top dentures, which had been previously fitted elsewhere but were not causing any issues. During that visit, Amber in the finance department clearly informed him that he would have a 5-year warranty on both the bottom dentures (which you provided) and the top dentures (which you adjusted). Based on this assurance, we understood that both sets would be covered under warranty through your office.
However, during his most recent visit yesterday, he was told prior to the adjustment that the top dentures were not under warranty because they were not originally installed by your office. When my grandfather explained what he had been told in 2023 regarding the warranty, instead of verifying this information with the finance department or looking further into the situation, he was simply told again that there was no warranty for the top dentures. This experience has been very frustrating and disappointing. It reflects a lack of communication and coordination within the office, particularly between departments. It is also concerning that my grandfather’s account was not taken seriously or further investigated.
We are very unhappy with how this situation was handled, and we would appreciate it if someone could follow up with us to review what was originally communicated and clarify your warranty policies. We are hopeful that this matter can be resolved fairly and professionally.

Great service. Everyone was really nice and professional. I think I am going to like aspen dental. The one thing I don't like is paying out of pocket and waiting on the insurance company to reimburse me. That is the only problem. Dr Bianka is the best. I would happily recommend her too my family and friends.
