I had a tooth surgically removed April 10 2025 my appointment was at 3:00 and was subscribed a Antibiotic, Tylenol and a mouth wash. When i went to pick up my meds I was told nothing had been called in. I called the office and could not get ahold of anyone ,so I called the after hours number and couldn't reach anyone there either.

I had to suffer all night in pain and discomfort and got no sleep. My father went to your their office this morning to see why my medicine was not called and and he was told that evidently my perceptions didn't get through to my pharmacy?! My question is if it didn't go through why did no one follow ip to make sure it went through and not resend it?or was it never sent through by the staff ? Very bad experience having to suffer 14 hrs with no meds . Do better Thanks, Mckenzie Pittman

Do you have teeth? If yes, Then go see Dr O! If not, do you want to have them? Then go see Dr O! She knows LOTS about teeth and gums and floss and stuff! I had an emergency broken tooth situation from fighting a bear or something. They saw me the day I called and scheduled the injured incisor extraction the next day! It was in three pieces and a difficult procedure.

Undaunted, the Canine Crusader held her John Deere drill aloft and shrieked, “I came here to pull teeth and chew bubblegum…and I’m all out of bubblegum!” (I may have exaggerated slightly) She battled for two full hours, and paid attention to my reaction always ensuring I was as comfortable as I could be. Finally the last part of the tooth emerged bloody , defeated and forlorn.

Then the gentle warrior stitched me back together with the skill and efficiency of …. I don’t know…whoever is a really good sewer upper person! I am extremely pleased! No judgment , but if you don’t go see them, then you probably like canned biscuits, pineapple on pizza and refuse to floss between meals!

The staff at this location have been very helpful and for someone who really doesn't like the dentist, and who does, I have been totally satisfied so far with all the work that has been done. You need to be patient and ask questions about your procedure and recovery times. I admit I am partially to blame for not knowing exactly what is happening, but have learned in the last 5 months, don't take things for granted. Hannah has been a real champ giving the finance information update and getting forms ready. Dr.

Rita Okolo has done good job with the procedures, really excited about what is happening now. . The entire staff has been supportive and I appreciate it. I apologize to the rest of the staff for not knowing their names, you all have done a great job.

A huge shout out to the team at Aspen Dental, Canton. Allie, the Patient Experience Coordinator was personable and kind. My husband has Bladder Cancer and has some special needs. Allie listened intently and showed genuine compassion for me and my husband. Melissa, the Dental Assistant, was very kind and compassionate. She was extremely helpful with facilitating our special needs.

We so appreciated the nice blanket too!!! Dr. Okolo was kind, gentle and patient with us during our visit. She took her time and made sure my husband was comfortable the entire time. Thank you to the team for making this visit as pleasant as possible. Keep up the good work. It will not go unnoticed!
