The staff at the Aspen Dental in Dedham was fantastic across the board. I had the opportunity to work with several team members during my two recent visits and they all made the process easy and stress-free. I can't speak highly enough of how they handled my appointments, making sure I had a great experience and remained comfortable throughout the process.
I'm not able to comment on how their costs compare to other options as I did not shop around. I highly recommend this team to anyone who needs dental care, especially if you have more significant issues and want to visit an office that will treat you with respect. Thank you!

I had a really disappointing visit here and feel compelled to warn others. The hygienist who performed my cleaning made rude and judgmental comments about a small chip in my tooth, which felt unnecessarily shaming. Rather than offering options or support, I felt like I was being pressured to schedule treatments that I had already expressed I could not afford at this time. The most frustrating part was when I was told I needed a special mouthwash—they said it was prescription-only and would cost $42.
I asked if there were any over-the-counter alternatives or more affordable options, and they made no effort whatsoever to help me explore that. It turns out that the exact same prescription costs only $9 at a pharmacy. Had I not advocated for myself and asked for the prescription to be sent elsewhere, I would’ve been overpaying unnecessarily. This experience left me feeling like the priority was pushing sales over supporting patients.
I understand dental care can be expensive, but what matters is transparency, respect, and offering patients real choices. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel any of that here.

Had my first visit with them today. Everyone was so kind and explained everything in detail. From check in to check out this was the best dental experience I’ve had. They really gave me a clear plan on how to move forward with my needs and I couldn’t be happier

Best experience ever at a dentist!I haven't been to a dentist in almost 7 years because I was terrified. Zela treated me like I knew her forever! I wanted to take her hone with me! Great team and nice place. I recommend to everyone. I am bringing my daughter next time.
