I will not use Aspen again. My dentist needed an evaluation and X-rays from an endodontist. I used Aspen for that service. The endodontist’s evaluation resulted in a recommendation for treatment that a dentist should perform. It’s been over six weeks that I authorized release of my X-rays and records to be shared with my dentist. After numerous emails and phone calls from my dentist and myself, the records have not been shared. Clearly a corporate problem.

I would give zero stars if possible. 20 June Update After posting this feedback, I received an additional $189 bill for the services I already paid for. I called customer service. No apology for anything and told me the extra $$ they were charging me was that took away the in network discount even though they are in my network. Curious because the fact they were in network was the only reason I went to Aspen in the first place. It would have been much cheaper for me to go to an out of network provider.

I’ve been coming to Aspen for around 2 years now. I first got started when I had a decayed front tooth snap off at the gum line. Not only was it extremely painful, it was also really embarrassing too. I’ve never been more stressed out than I was that day. Thankfully, the amazing people at Aspen Dental - Indiana managed to give me an incredibly affordable deal on a dental implant when I didn’t have the money to pay out of pocket and wasn’t able to get approved for the full amount of financing.

I will never forget that and I will always be extremely grateful for their help and genuine care! Unfortunately, the Indiana location stopped being open on Fridays and it became almost impossible to schedule an appointment there without taking time off from work, which is equally impossible for me. Thankfully, switching primary clinics from Indiana to the Sprague location was as easy as making a SINGLE phone call and setting up an appointment. Everyone here at the Valley South location is wonderful, specifically Dr. Poonam, Dorothy, Seairra and Tash! (Sorry if I spelled any of your names wrong!) I will never go anywhere else. Aspen consistently manages to strike the perfect balance between quality and affordability.

They explain prices, procedures and the techniques that they use in a way that is actually easy to understand for someone without a Dentistry degree lol. All of that, while managing to make me feel valued, heard and most of all - HUMAN. I don’t feel like just another number in the system when I’m at Aspen. Thank you guys for everything!

I had such a great experience at Aspen Dental in Spokane Valley! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The entire staff is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, you can really tell they care about your comfort and long-term dental health. A special shoutout to Abby, she was so much fun and made the whole visit feel easy and lighthearted. It’s rare to actually enjoy a trip to the dentist, but this team made it possible! The doctor was thorough, kind, and explained everything clearly.

I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dental experience. Great people, great energy, great place!

Dr Mahmood and her assistant Abby rearranged my entire mouth the beginning of May. I’ve had dental problems from the time my wisdom teeth came in and have dreaded every single visit I’ve had for 20 years. I cannot thank Dr Mahmood enough for how kind, gentle and thorough she was with my entire process.

The office girls were also great arranging all my appointments and setting out all my options in an easy to understand what. I have been and will continue to recommend Dr Mahmood and her entire staff to everyone.
