The front staff was wonderful, understanding, and very helpful with my needs as a first time patient. I was seen right away with no issues and had a great experience with all of the staff. When it came time for the financial part of it I didn't think I would be approved for a lot and it turns out I got all that I needed.
I did have insurance as well. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks you guys! See you next week!

I've read a lot of inconsistent comments concerning various Aspen locations. This one has been nothing short of caring and accommodating. So far I've had three procedures done and the staff has been kind, thorough, and detailed. I didn't take good care of my teeth until now when I'm in my 30s, and I feel like I'm in the right place.

The doctor and nurse were so sweet to me it was a man doctor …. They made me feel ok and the lady nurse was very sweet to me she held my hand . What an angel from heaven …. They did help my traumatic experience be less traumatic that’s for sure ❤️

I have had good experiences in the past. However on June 14th I received an email asking to confirm my appointment for June 18th at 7:30am. I was no longer able to go because of work, so I tried calling the phone number and pressing option 2 like the email stated. It rang and an automated message stated no one was available to take my call. I figured because it was a Saturday, I’d wait until Monday to call again. I called multiple times throughout the day on Monday the 16th, and again no answer.
Just rang until the automated message again. I tried again multiple times Tuesday morning and the same happened. I then received an email Tuesday saying their hours were changing and they are no longer able to see me at 7:30a the next day, and to call to reschedule, which again was fine because I couldn’t go anyway. So I kept calling, and of course no answer, just the same automated message that no one is available to take my call. I tried one more time in the afternoon, and it kept ringing, I expected to hear the automated message again but this time a girl “answered” the phone, maybe accidentally. All I could hear was her having a conversation with people in the background, I tried to get her attention a few times, but either the call dropped or she hung up.
I didn’t try again after that, I figured I tried my best and will purposefully miss the appointment and reschedule another time, at another location. It should be easier for people to reschedule or cancel their appointments, since calling the number and pressing option 2 doesn’t work. If we can schedule an appointment we should she able to cancel/reschedule online as well.
