I had a tooth extraction. The doctor was very professional and made sure that I was fully numbed before starting the process. It was quick and almost painless. The assistant did an excellent job making me comfortable in my chair, as I have back issues and I appreciated this.

I’ve been a patient at this location for years and always had a great experience with my former hygienist. However, since she left, the scheduling has been a nightmare. I was rescheduled three times, meaning that by the time I might have been able to get an appointment, it would have been a full year since my last visit. My husband was also rescheduled twice, so this clearly isn’t just a one-time issue. Beyond the scheduling problems, their handling of insurance has been consistently frustrating. I’ve had to call multiple times over the years just to get them to process my insurance correctly.

After switching to a new policy and providing my updated information, they never updated their system. As a result, every time I had an appointment, I had to call and remind them to run my insurance. At my last visit, I was so frustrated that I just paid out of pocket to avoid the hassle—only to later receive a bill for the same appointment. To make matters worse, I’ve now had this insurance policy for two years, have called to update it for three separate appointments, and they still didn’t process it correctly. After finally reaching a helpful employee who ran my insurance retroactively, I still ended up with a $30 bill—even though they had already overcharged me $144 last year and never refunded it. Despite all of this, I’ve received no communication about getting my money back.

After the third time my appointment was rescheduled, I had enough and cancelled my appointment. I can’t recommend this office anymore. The lack of organization, constant rescheduling, and insurance mishandling make it too much of a hassle which is such a bummer because I previously had a great experience here.

I came here as a referral from my regular dentist to get a crown. I had Dr. Lee prep the tooth and fit me for the crown. She did an amazing job and was very caring, considerate of my pain level, and very thorough. She took her time and did not rush at all. All the dental assistants were also very pleasant as well. All my questions and concerns were answered. It was a great experience.

This was my first visit. The staff was welcoming when I arrived. The waiting area and the exam rooms were well maintained. My X-ray tech did all she could to make sure I was comfortable during the process. I had a very thorough examination and was informed of some issues that were never discussed with me by my previous dentist. I just moved to the area from out of state.
