Aspen Dental has been a lifesaver for my family’s dental needs. From my 8-year-old’s first cavity to my husband’s denture adjustments, they handle it all with care. Dr. Gomez is amazing with kids—he turned my daughter’s nervousness into excitement with a “tooth fairy certificate” after her filling. The team is super accommodating with same-day appointments, which helped when my son chipped a tooth playing ball.

The office is clean and welcoming, with a friendly front desk that makes insurance paperwork stress-free. They’re upfront about costs, no surprise bills, and even offer payment plans. It’s the kind of place that makes dental visits feel easy, not overwhelming. We’re definitely loyal patients.

I am terrified of going to the dentist. This was actually a surprising great visit. The x Ray technician Armani was so patient with me which I so much appreciated. Dr Oaks was so nice to me and Monica my account manager was also excellent.

The Midlothian office is honestly where you wanna go. The entire office staff was professional and super nice and understanding to my needs. Thank you all! Christy

I went into Aspen Dental as an emergency case. Actually let me preface this review with, I’m terrified of the dentist. I wanted a sedation dentistry office but couldn’t get in to see one for months. Aspen Dental took amazing care of me. My teeth & gums were in a terrible state going in.

I thought for sure I would certainly come out with a few less teeth. Not only did I come out with them all but Aspen Dental has a very detailed plan of how to get my teeth & gums where they need to be… healthy!! Seriously, Andrea was amazing and told me the path she felt would work the best for me. It was a lot cheaper than the path I thought I’d be going down. The entire office staff were just so friendly but extremely professional at the same time. I just can’t say enough about Jamie, she is phenomenal at what she does.

She had me calm and numb for the entire procedure. That’s saying something for someone like me with severe anxiety of the dentist chair. If you’re looking for a new Dentist office Aspen Dental should be at the top of your list!!

Beware. . . stay away from this place. I had an appointment to get a cracked tooth fixed. When I made my appointment I specifically stated what I needed done. I waited an hour before I was seen.

Then I had x-rays & Dr. O had me in the chair & this took an hour. I questioned her if she would be filling the tooth & yes was her response. She left out for a few minutes comes back goes over all this other stuff & informs me they are shortt staffed & will not be doing the filling. My whole purpose for the visit was to get the tooth fixed because it was irritating my mouth. I was very upset & called another dentist to schedule an appointment to get it done. My reason for going to this office was because it was close to home & it was on my insurance list.

I recently changed insurance & I called them & informed them of this horrible experience. I was not the only person to have a bad experience. A mother was there with her daughter & was complaining because they had been waiting over an hour & had not been seen. Another woman was there & was angry & stated she would never come back to them. The woman working at the front desk is put in an bad position. She is expected to greet people, get their paperwork filled out, answer the phone & call people to confirm appointments.
