Drove an hour to this location because my local office "didn't have any availability for months". Wanted a standard teeth cleaning and that was my reason for visit. Took X-rays, digital scan of teeth and doctor came in for a review of xrays and visual examination. Then was notified the hygienist was a temp and not available to do a cleaning at that time. I was offered to come back later in the day which I was not able to do. Was rescheduled a cleaning at my local office which I will, again, have to schedule off work for.
I was told my local office should be able to accommodate me. Waste of time and disappointed with this experience. Pro, staff was friendly. Shout out to Nikki for helping with scheduling and insurance.

I was alarmed to find that my lower denture had a small hairline crack. I immediately drove to Aspen Dental and the lab technician repaired it within a few hours. This eliminated much anxiety. Thank you very much for the quick and efficient customer service.

This was my first time in the office. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Thanks to Nikki and Katie at the front desk. Brandon made me feel very comfortable while getting x-rays. Dr. Miller answered all my questions and prepared a dental plan to meet my needs. Jessica took time to discuss finances and what Aspen had to offer. Thanks to everyone.

This place is the joke that I read about in all the reviews. I will never ever ever mention their name to anyone . They flat lied on phone on Friday. Then had 11 scheduled Monday got there about 10:55 and was told there would be a wait. I mean it is unreal the staff was even rude especially on a new patient that you get a lot by word of mouth for clients.
I would almost have to be half dead to walk through them doors again VERY VERY POOR SERVICE FROM THE MINUTE OF WALKING JUST IN. PLEASE PEOPLE IF YOU NEED HELP DRIVE IF YOU HAVE TO. THIS PLACE IS NOT FIT FOR EVEN A DOG !!!! Columbus Indiana Good luck for I almost cancelled before walking in after reading all the reviews no lies being told there…. Kim Smith 🦷
