I got my 3rd cleaning today and I have to say the hygienist is phenomenal. There’s only two hygienist that I trust and I feel completely comfortable with. If you want to have an amazing experience with hygiene please by all means go to Aspen Dental in Owings Mills, Stephanie is one of the best! You won’t regret it and you’ll get the care you need and deserve!

Great Service ! They made the experience very easy and stress free. As someone who deals with anxiety, the experience was great. I’d recommend making an appointment there. They also do children as well. So, if your littles have a hard time at the dentist, the welcoming environment, kind employees, and good service may help to make the experience much easier for them.

I was scheduled to come in today for a 3:30 appointment. I arrived at 3 pm. I checked in with the receptionist around 3:15pm. She requested that I make the payment for my device.

I explained that I did not want to pay for something I haven’t received nor seen. A previous office did not meet expectations and I had to go through the process of being refunded money. I asked if I could pay after receiving my device, she messaged her manager who told her I would need to pay first. I was insured that if I was not satisfied I’d be refunded same day.

I proceeded with payment, higher than my original quoted price, only to have the operational manager tell me that my device actually had not arrived yet. He stated that the manager, the one who said I needed to pay first, knew about this an hour before my appointment! It is extremely frustrating to have to adjust my personal and work schedule for an appointment only to be told that what I was even coming into the office for, isn’t even there. I requested to speak with the manager about it but he was conveniently all of a sudden in a meeting.

March. I visited th as a new patient w insurance coverage (preventive care visit). After about a 55 mins wait Taylor (pardon sprlling)assisted w my x-rays (bite wings and a vertical stand up x-ray). I sar w dental asst to look over my "perfect" xrays and pics, and was seen by dentist (male). He didnt see anything of concern in my xrays, i also shared " no issues present; just annual". I waited some more for 'Stephanie' dental hygienist to provide an exam and do the "count". She spoke to a machine to record the counts.

She eventually counted off "4s" and said I needed a deep cleaning. I explined my record (new patient) , last cleaned last Sept. She insisted. I then had to wait for Kyle, the Office Mgr. , to " became available" to schedule my "deep, peridontal" cleaning. He ran $ numbers in the thousands, and told my portion wld be around $300. I left w printouts.

I called to schedule and he nor anyone has called me bk since my April phone call. I received a separate bill for xrays(?) for $110. Something that I've never experienced w any DDS office. Kyle nor Taylor or Stephanie have called me back. (Pardon thumb typing). I hope this review helps your decision-making process.
