I forgot why I stopped using this dental practice a few years ago. After visiting the practice on this past Monday, I now remember. The front desk personnel are very disrespectful, argumentative and lazy, they refuse to listen to the customers that are very familiar with their insurance coverages. Instead of researching coverages which is supposed to be a part of their job, is not done. Because I was a cash paying customer, all they saw and wanted was money. I was refused an annual teeth cleaning which is free for me through my health insurance provider twice a year, I was allowed to utilize this service because front desk personnel said I needed dental insurance for that or pay cash. After my insurance company called the office to verify the 109% allowance coverage, the office did not call to apologize and reschedule the service. No thank you, I will take my business elsewhere to a dental office that cares about the customer and hear them out. Oh, and did I forget to mention that the dentist is very rude as well. She always look like and treat the customers like she is angry!
Absolutely a waste of time and insurance was charged for the dentist doing Absolutely nothing to help my 7 year old who is in pain. Did not offer any numbing gel, or anything for that matter. And was just rushing to get us in and out. Left with no answers and no step closer to get my son the help he needs. Just the cherry on top they didn't even give my boy his little bag with a new toothbrush and floss like every dentist I have ever been too has. Just completely useless this whole place is. Save your time and do not take your poor kids here.
