This isn't a place for same day dentures as they advertise which can be a good thing if you get a satisfactory product in the end. Unfortunately, I did not; from October 2024 until June 2025 and my end result was pure trash. To be clear, I informed Dr. Johnson from my first wax try in that I felt a second set of impressions was needed and he refused my request. I believe had he done them I would have gotten my dentures long before now, although, with his dismissive attitude, and the lack of consideration to my concerns, probably would not have yielded a better result. He promised from my first visit that they would fit and look good. From the beginning the dentures were ill made with bowing in both that was obvious to me and my family members accompanying me each time I went. Apparently, they use a one- size-fit-all model for the wax try in that wiggles in your mouth during the fitting so an accurate fit is impossible. I pointed this out on every visit, and, having worn several dentures for most of my 66 years, I should know.

I had gone to this place a year prior to inquire about possible implants and he told me I wasn't a candidate. In retrospect I suspect he thought I couldn't pay for them and dismissed me promptly. I paid for my dentures using third party financing so he was paid immediately. After some months, my health began to fail, and knowing his reluctance to address my valid concerns, knew what the end result would be wouldn't be acceptable, I appealed to my financers to step in. Dr. Johnson won that round too; they took his side. My advice to any who cares about receiving the most satisfying results for services/care is this: Do not give these people a chance to screw you out of your money and not care that you have to spend more to get what they should have provided; and be careful using third parties for financing because, in the end, you will be the only one without anything to show for your money. I hesitate to show these pics but just to prove what I am saying is true, I will. The teeth are not symmetrical, the teeth placement is incorrect, and the overall quality is not good.

Dr. Johnson was told all this long ago. The technician even tried to convince me what I and my family members saw was not true. I have had better results from technicians who came to my home to take impressions. And over the years, all my dentures were fitted by the dentists themselves, not by techs. These people should remove 'dentures' from their title because obviously they put more emphasis on 'implants' because that's where the real money is.

Dr. Wes Johnson is an amazing dentist and i would know, after each time him or any of his staff would do (any) work on my mouth i would actually check said work using my own endoscope, as well as doing extensive amounts of research to make sure that it correlated with the work and practices performed in all other surgerys. Typically doing this sort of thing i find that someone is lieing to me however, here with this establishment and staff i did not have that result. To my surprise they did everything exacly by the book and went into great detail to make sure that i was comfortable duing the entire process, i had terrible teeth all of which were rotten and they managed to remove each one in a manner that even i could not find a single flaw, and on a time crunch as well due to me leaving the country.

They did amazing work and i would highly recommend them to anyone after my experience. These are people who really deserve your buisness because you can tell they actually put the time and effort into there work, and if i had to do it again i would definitly go with them. If anyone is interested in the work just email me where i can show you the photos and where my concerns were, and how they fixed or satisfied each of these concerns immediately and professionally at a good cost and with as little pain as possible. .

UNapologetically ME

When I say the consultation was on point! IT WAS! Dr. Vo & her assistant (I can’t remember her name) were EXCELLENT!!!!!! They took the time to actually sit with me & explain intricate details about my teeth…so well until I just knew I had graduated dental school myself😂😂😂…honest and very direct. Everyone from the front of the office to the back of it made me feel very comfortable and at the end of my consultation I was very comfortable with moving forward with restoring my confidence.

And just know it was well worth the 2 hour drive. I recommend Memphis dentures & Implants…a thousand times over😘😘😘😘😘
