Despite the fact that the practice was bought several months ago, the website has not been updated. (Except to change the name of the practice on the site....) The dentists listed are not longer there. The reviews are for those dentists. The FAQ about insurances accepted is false. I specifically wanted a female dentist, and it was advertised as such. I needed it covered by my insurance. Online, they said yes. On a call, they confirmed. In person, with every procedure, they showed what my insurance covered and then what I owed. I paid for the procedures. Now, my insurance is saying the practice and dentist are out of network. I owe the practice over $1000. Despite them confirming that when I had my appointments, they still accepted United Healthcare, they have been unable to fix this. Every time I call (3 or 4 times over 2 months) I have to explain again. I am told that they will get back to me. No one has. It's a shame because everyone was nice and the technology really was impressive. I had a great experience. But if everything else about the business is terrible and unethical, I can't recommend it. In fact, the business is so misleading that I'm surprised no one has filed a complaint.
