The people at the front desk are rude , they all lie for no reason . I wouldn’t dare take my child back there . Highly disappointed

Dr. Brian Short is very kind and professional. They are one of the only pediatric dentists in Jackson that take Tenncare for children. The only negative is they do seem a little bit rushed but I think they just see a lot of patients and unless there’s a problem they move on very quickly. I haven’t had any issues with the front desk. They are always professional. We’ve been going here for around 8 years.
