The people at the front desk are rude , they all lie for no reason . I wouldn’t dare take my child back there . Highly disappointed

Dr. Brian Short is very kind and professional. They are one of the only pediatric dentists in Jackson that take Tenncare for children. The only negative is they do seem a little bit rushed but I think they just see a lot of patients and unless there’s a problem they move on very quickly.

I haven’t had any issues with the front desk. They are always professional. We’ve been going here for around 8 years.

I am very pleased with the care my daughter received today! I can’t recommend them enough! Front desk was friendly. All of the assistants were friendly. The assistants were stepping out greeting the children before it was even time for them to be seen. We saw Dr.

Brian today and he was friendly as well. Today was the first time I’ve ever been in a pediatric dental office and didn’t hear a single kid screaming. 😆 Thank you sooo much Sort and Short DDS!

Booked an appointment for my 4 year old yesterday. Called to confirm it today. She verified my child’s first and last name then proceeded to tell me the number on file was not in use. She stated that it was a “615” area code and I explained to her that I’ve never had a number beginning in “615” she then asked me if my name was “Jalisha” and called out an address that wasn’t mine. I told her I could give her my child’s information and she asked for a sibling information.

I told her I was not giving her any of my other children’s information because they hadn’t been there. I tried giving her my child’s information that I had booked…. she refused, and hung up. The front desk is very unprofessional and ghetto. I am not pleased!!!!!!
