Each time I've brought my children we had a postive experience. The dentist and dental assistants are friendly, quick, and helpful. I do love that they can fit all my children into a same day time frame so I don't have to come back multiple days.

I have a special needs child (Autistic) which they have work with other time prior to this appointment, they treat his needs with respect and walk him through the cleanings which I appreciate. My only con about this location is the wait times can be long it varies on if they are short handed.

Pediatric dentist is rude and is not good with children and you can tell he rushes. My child was not crying and very polite and asked him a question and he said “don’t ask questions just be quiet”. She asked him if he loves being a dentist. She’s 5. It takes two seconds to say yes. We’re all just numbers and money to him not people. The dental assistants were nice but looked miserable

I was sent to an endodontics for a root canal in the front top of my mouth. I paid Taylor Cook at Precision Endodontics over $200 for a test then over $1,000 to do the root canal. He put a temporary filling in and sent me back to my dentist for a permanent filling to be put in as he said that was all it needed. My tooth felt like my filling had fell out something wasn't right in the back of it. I called the emergency number several times at katsur dental and each time they told me an emergency dentist would call me back. Nobody ever did. The next day which was a Friday I get a call back from my dentist office saying we don't have a dentist. Did not try to get me in at another office nothing.

A few days later my tooth falls out. I once again call the emergency number 5 times with them telling me each time that someone would call me. Nobody has called me back. I paid over $1,000 to save a tooth from an endodontics for my tooth to fall out and brake at the gum line over a year later. If my dentist would have done something for me it could have prevented it from braking. I went to see Taylor Cook since my dentist didn't do anything for me. He tells me well I put in the notes for that tooth to be crowned. He did not tell me that he said I needed to go to my dentist to have a permanent filling put in that they don't crown front teeth.

He reassured me it would last for years and that I wouldn't have any problems. He refers me to an oral surgeon to have it removed and they can't see me until October 29th. I gotta figure out how I'm replacing that tooth. This was not fair to me. Horrible experience and I'm not happy at all with my dentist that I've had for years or my first experience at an endodontics with Taylor Cook at Precision Endodontics.

This place is better than Monroeville. After wisdom teeth removal, the staff called back to check in for my son. Monroeville never did for my daughter. My son got braces done here. Not long wait time in waiting room. Promptly to call us back when referring to Oral surgery or orthodontist as they said they would. Monroeville never called back.
