I called the dental and Orthodontics place to figure out what time my appointments at. Let's just say it took one hour- 2 hours just to figure out this information. When I called I asked the lady and she said "hold up, I'ma put on hold for just a second". Time just flew by while the hold music was playing. But I think that the check ups in person are top quality.

Because they have nice conversations with me while fixing my braces. Also they make me feel assured/safe. But if this place had better costumer service over the phone then I would rate it higher. It just seems like the people that answer the phones put in no effort at all.

I love katsur Dental. They’ve always been so good to myself and my family. However, recently in the past year, I had some minor setbacks and missed a few appointments. Never just called. Mrs always called always communicated and always was respectful. Of course, Doctor. ALAGIRISAMY was whom my dentist was and never had any issues but because I missed those couple of appointments, I was completely taken out of the system and was told that my 13-year-old son and my man his father could not return either. What did my 13-year-old son and his father do to you what appointments did they miss? This is the type of woman that I was letting service me a woman, that is a woman and does know about working hard having jobs going through things as a single mother and yet and still because of my timing yes I understand business is business but it’s not like I didn’t call. It’s not like I haven’t been going here since I was 10 years old . Are you kidding me? I’ve called and made complaints on her. I even wrote her a two page apology letter do you think that the staff has been nice to me since I have called? They have lied to me every time and told me she’s not there and can’t talk.

They have also told me and lied to me that she was on vacation and I saw her exiting the office after I dropped off my second letter and I know for a fact that my letter was read by the staff before it ever even got to her. That was told to me from someone that works on the inside. I just don’t understand as a company, and as another woman that works in this world why I would be treated so badly for something so minimal. The second time I missed my appointment I provided to them that I was having a miscarriage and even though it is a violation of HIPAA still provided them with paperwork and do you think that they cared that was not a good enough excuse for missing a 10 o’clock appointment. Anyways I just want everyone to know what type of woman they are going to see and how she actually exited my family from Care because of me not coming to an appointment. That is the part that really gets me a 13 year-old boy that needs work on his teeth and you told my family they couldn’t return either . Really no big deal just you know a woman that needs lots and lots of care on her teeth and right now I’m struggling to find not only an endodontist but someone that will take my insurance. And I could see you like if I implemented you know rudeness or you know cause such a horrific atmosphere while I was there I am such a kind and patient and it’s different when it’s a dentist. These dentists know that these people are comfortable. These people are scared these people are afraid to try new dentist. These dentist know this and all they care about is the money.

I missed a 45 minute appointment that my health insurance was paying for and then return lost my whole dentist and so did my family now my son is asking me why he can’t go back to our dentist and I told him because your mother missed an appointment and that’s the type of people that we deal with this world they can just tell us no because they’re running things and do not care about us they do not use emotion anymore. It is strictly about money. This is your Dentist at the Katsur are in lower Burrell! And Mr. JAMES KATUSE DMD, the owner, you should be a little concerned and yes, I’ve tried to find you, sir and I am not stopping. I have also sent the owner Mr. James Cas the CEO of all caters in every area. I have definitely reached out. I am not that type of woman you will not do that to me and then you do that to my son. OK have a good one.

Yall I just went to go to my appointment and it’s at 2:00 so I went and there’s not open??? So I checked goggle and tell me why it says they’re open when they’re not even there, this is like the 4th time this has happened. Don’t recommend at all
