For a small office .. the people there are nice but billing is now messed up and cant keep keep appts made or constantly moving around and not sure of what going on.. constantly being told to go to different dentist.. just too many things to mention

Dentist and general hygienist were great and really seemed like they knew what they were doing and were very nice. Knocking two stars off due to poor equipment. Using typewriters and pen and paper instead of a computer, this caused the general receptionist to take forever to even get to me. I stood at the window for not even exaggerating probably 13mins staring at her before she even said hello or please wait or anything to me. Get a computer already and a better receptionist! Also because their X-ray machine was not digital I waited an unnecessary amount of time that could have been avoided with a digital X-ray machine.
The light in my teeth cleaning precedure and checkup had broken glass hanging from it. Everytime the furnace kicked on in the office the lights flickered. It just seemed like they were severely under invested In equipment of every kind. I only gave it three stars because they did a great job with my teeth and the doctors were both excellent.
