I absolutely love the dental assistant Michelle she was super friendly nonjudgmental and seem like she loved her job. Dr Wooslton was amazing as well he was very warm, and funny. You can definitely tell they both love what they do for a living

I went here to take my daughter to get a fill in they only have a pediatric dentist on the 8th of the month. When we walked in, I heard the front desk lady say “she’s not gonna take too long she’s two years old”. We headed back to the room and they put laughing gas on her and she started moving a lot based on her moving so much they referred us to Valleygate dental service to put her under anesthesia and have fill ins done. They didn’t even try to treat her there didn’t even ask for her to open her mouth or anything. Just boosted her up on gas and send us on our way. Dr. Ross Williams is who we seen at Friendly Dental and at Valley Gate Dental Service. He failed to communicate the x-ray results he had told me prior to the x-ray its going to be 2 to 8 silver caps, but he won’t know for sure until he does the x-rays again.

30 mins go by any I ask the front desk rep where is Dr. Williams at she told me they just finished the Xrays and he’s coming back. I was like okay because if it’s more than 2 caps we wasn’t going to continue the procedure. I found out that she was already under anesthesia through the intercom. At this point I’m very disappointed in the lack of communication and that if she was going to wake up with 8silver teeth with out discussing an alternative. When she woke up Dr. Williams had me in his office the first thing he said was why you giving these people a hard time. This not Burger King you can’t have it your way.

I didn’t tell you I was coming back out to take to you about the crate once you sign the paperwork you giving me permission do do what I need to do. Not with out talking to me about it first! Lucky she only need 2. I pray nothing Is wrong with the silver caps I don’t want to have to see him again. I’m actually gonna go somewhere else for her. I feel completely disrespected this whole process of communication please don’t send your kids here! Get an second opinion somewhere else.
