I had a fear of dealing with my teeth, & this team has taken a lot of that fear out. Tracy deep cleaned my teeth & did a fantastic job. She was patient with me the whole time & kept the pain low.

I recently visited this office and had a wonderful experience. When arriving, Gracein greeted me with a smile and was incredibly helpful throughout the check-in process. The dentist and hygienist, Tracy, were equally fantastic. Tracy took the time to walk me through every step of my treatment, explaining everything in a clear and kind manner.
Her gentle approach made me feel better. Overall, the entire staff was friendly and professional, making my visit a positive one. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a caring dental team!

From making appointments & getting info with helpful reception, to meeting two assistants that are second to none, & the kindness, skill/precision, & lovely personality of Dr Barnwell, I couldn't be more pleased. I'm only 1 day 19 hours since having my largest tooth removed & I can't put off a review any longer. I had a 3 pm appointment Tuesday 3/4/25 for this procedure & my BP was not under control. Most likely my nerves.
Kim was so patient and dimmed the lights & returned about 10-15 mins later until my BP was much lower & well within range of allowing for the extraction. Thank you Kim! I was numbed perfectly for such a time & by the time my tooth came out, I was certain we still had a long way to go! 😂 They are wonderful. I wish I could remember the assistants beautiful name I met during my initial evaluation, but my apologies there. She's fantastic also.
I know there's much healing left to go, but pain hasn't even registered yet, & God willing, everything will continue on as smoothly! I was referred here for this procedure, & I love & appreciate the dentists who have served me for almost a decade, but I think it would be foolish if I do not to switch to Friendly Dental, Rock Hill. We'll see how that goes as I only have medicaid, but it is my plan & hope! Thank you all so very much once again! I highly recommend your office for all dental desires & needs!
