We have been going here for 5+ years. My wife went to her appointment, she was told she didn't have insurance. She called l ed the insurance carrier to verify she had insurance, which she did. While on the phone with insurance, the insurance carrier said he would talk to them to verify insurance, but they didn't want to talk to them.

They also told my wife that they had already canceled her appointment. We will be looking for new a dentist. I don't know how they came up with the name "Friendly".
