Very upset with the dentist I took my 5 year old daughter for a chrome silver tooth so they can put on top of her tooth but instead they didn't let me back there which I insisted I wanted to see everything they said no so I waited and the waiting area then I heard my daughter screaming and yelling I was worried I told the lady at the front they need to let me in because I hear my daughter screaming I went in and saw the dentist pulling her tooth out which was not what I was originally there for I was like what are you doing? She explained to me that her tooth was bad I needed to be tooken out I told her why did I have to be waiting outside she could have came and told me so I can agree to the procedure that was going to be done instead of her going behind my back and take her tooth out and I specifically asked her is her tooth going to grow back she laughed and said yes you will see it come back in about 8 months my daughter is 6 and 1/2 now and no signs of her tooth growing back not to mention she had bruises on her forehead and cheeks the next day. They are lucky I didn't call the police on them for taking my daughter's tooth out without telling me!!! The dentist was so rude she isn't good with kids her excuse was take her somewhere where they can sedate her and maybe wake up like why would she tell me that very rude of her she is lucky I didn't press charges because as a doctor or dentist they should let the parent know what procedure is going to be done on their kid!!

I strongly disagree with Vet erans post. Went there today. It's a busy dental office and everyone was friendly. As a NYC PBA member it's a gift to find someone who accepts our plan here in Florida. Very happy with the people and the work done by the Dr. She did the work I needed that my plan covered and I paid for what was not covered at a very reasonable price. And without a doubt she did not try to push any unnecessary work. Since it's so busy don't get your feelings hurt if they are tending to a busy schedule and don't have time for all the cordiality that some people demand these days. This Dentist was HIGHLY recommended by other PBA brothers.
