Dental Clinics in Palm Beach Gardens, Palm Beach County, Florida

Great place. It wont let me post pix here but I had to move away for awhile (4 years) with out dental, ok only to come right back for the team to make me good as new. I drive from Lox because I choose to only go here. Very knowledgeable and very personable.

This was by far the worst dentist experience I’ve ever had. I had a passive agreesive receptionist trying to play time guessing games with me on the phone, ensuring me that I would be turned away if I didn’t arrive at the short amount of time I was given. She knew how ridiculous that request was and was like “oh i know honey, just try and see” like what? either tell me to reschedule or let me know when i arrive before or at that when i arrive I won’t get turned away. Then I meet with the obxious lady who was suppose to clean my teeth. She’s sitting there being extremely rude because she sensed my annoyance for the reason why i was tense in the chair. Instead of relaxing me, she’s making side hand comments to the student who’s observing in the room how I ought to be doing this, and getting that and i’m thinking “why are they talking so much?” “Why are you pitching a sales request off handily while i’m sitting in the car?” There was overall way to much talking and i got fed up and told her I didn’t feel comfortable anymore, she nearly snatched the napkin around my neck as i was getting up to leave. Worst service and professionalism I’ve ever experienced at a dentist office before, let along having to write this review which I never do because the service, humility and professionalism in that office was appalling. I would NEVER recommend this dentist office to a living soul.
