Came to this dental office 3 times last year for my cleaning. Everything was okay. My insurance covers 3 cleanings a year. I came back today, three months later, and Sage dental was trying to charge me $166. Without it my cleaning couldn’t be completed. But I never paid before and they did the same treatment. Very rude. Trying to rip people off. I am changing dentist. I called my insurance and they told me what I already knew, that my cleaning was covered.

I would never return to this location. I went for a cleaning & was there for an hour getting X-rays & gum measurements just for them to tell me I needed a deep cleaning that would cost over $700. I told them I wasn’t ready to spend $700 today but would still like my regular cleaning & the doctor & the lady who goes over the treatment plan both told me no because the doctor RECOMMENDED a deep cleaning. I literally asked wouldn’t a regular cleaning be better than no cleaning at all? They both looked me in the face & said no. They said my insurance wouldn’t pay for a regular cleaning so as I was leaving I called my insurance & sure enough that was a LIE. I will not be returning & my mom is a patient there as well & I’ll be taking her somewhere else that cares about their patients & not their pockets. Such a waste of time & a horrible experience. Prior to this, I hadn’t been there since 2015 & now I see why. Never again
