The front office staff needs more training on what is called customer service, they are doing an extremely poor job at that. The front office staff should be attracting customers to a business, not do the opposite by pushing them away, which can be really damaging to a business. Before I wrote this review I looked at the other reviews to see if it was just me, who by some odd chance had a bad encounter with someone else who was having a bad day. But all the reviews are consistent, RUDE, IGNORANT, and just negative experiences from frustrated customers. I don't write reviews often, and when I do it is usually positive feedbacks for a business. But, today I was motivated by the terrible experience I had to write this, I truly hope that this issue gets resolved.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!! My father has been waiting for 2 months to get started. They submitted the wrong pre authorization after being provide with the correct insurance information in April. Every time you call they give you the same old story that they are still waiting on the insurance company. However, when you call the insurance company we are informed there is nothing to wait on that everything is covered. I finally called today and Nancy the office manager was the most rude unprofessional individual I have ever spoken with. She over talked me, laughed in my face, and told me no one was over her. As a “ professional” she could have simply said allow me to call and check versus tell me to call them back with a reference number. Absolutely ridiculous! Save yourself the frustration and time. DO NOT give this company your money.!.!.!
