It is my first time with this office I had two appointments on the same week Tuesday and Thursday. my appointment on Tuesday was supposed to be at 3 1 5 and my appointment on Thursday at 10 a.m. due to a misunderstanding I made it on Tuesday in the morning instead of the afternoon they were very nice about it saying it's okay. I am on my way to the Thursday appointment in the morning and I am calling them because there was an accident on the highway and I was stuck I would have arrived at 10:13 when the appointment was at 10:00 a.m. they informed me that I would be on a walk-in basis from now on because according to them this now counted as two failures to show up to my appointment. I had maintained clear communication with them throughout this entire process and yet I feel like I was treated with inconsideration. I will not be back to this office.
