Amanda is the best hygienist! She’s super sweet and truly know somebody’s teeth and mouth. She doesn’t scrape the gums almost EVER like some of the others. It’s very painful when that happens so some hygienists need to be more careful. She flosses and brushes us diligently. Some of the other hygienists only pop in between the teeth. You’re supposed to ”scrape” the sides with the floss.

When polishing/brushing the teeth, Amanda NEVER pushes too with the tool. One of the hygienists did that a couple times and slipped, therefore, pushing painfully into the gums. Amanda is who we hope for every time we come in. Everyone is very nice, Dr. Schumer himself has taken over wonderfully for his father and keeps his office to previous standards and expectations.

I've been through a handful of dentists thought out my life. Doctor Shcumer is hands down the best I've ever been to! Everyone from his front office to his hygienist's are friendly and thorough. I have a pretty hectic schedule with my job and they always work with me on getting a good time and date. At this point I have my whole family going there including my in-laws.

Lol But he's also great with my daughter's. Thanks to him my kids aren't squeamish about going to the dentist anymore. Totally recommend whether you're looking for a new dentist or just need it a different one!
