This is a review for dental clinics near Yamato Rd, Boca Raton, Palm Beach County, Florida:
I called for an appointment two weeks ago and ***specifically*** asked if they would take the insurance plan we have. I even provided the subscriber number and group number to ensure there was no mistake/confusion, and I was told that they do take that plan. 2 weeks later, a day before the appointment, I get a call saying that they do not take the plan and asking me to pay out of pocket. These people are incompetent at best and deliberately misleading at worst. Don’t waste your time with this office.
These people are the WORST!! Be aware they’re scammers!! Gave them my insurance two times and they still won’t apply it and are billing me for a regular cleaning that’s covered under my insurance!!! I wish someone would have told me that they’re CON ARTIST. Hey Smile Design, I will be reporting you to the better business bureau so maybe you won’t scam other people. There are plenty of dentist in FL. Avoid these one AT ALLL COSTS.
