I’m I really disappointed to give this place a bad review. I have been coming to this place for years the dentist and the assistants are great . I had a chipped tooth that needed a cap. I was waiting on my approval letter. I finally received it and tried to call and make an appointment. For 5 days I call morning to evening the phone was off the hook. I decided to go up there and make an appointment.

It was 45mins til closing. The door was locked but on google it said open. There were 3 receptionists sitting on the clock. I wave to get their attention they were laughing and ignoring me. So I stood there gesturing that the phone wasn’t working. One lady flicked me off and rolled her eyes. Finally someone came to the door I explained to her that the phones not working and your business shouldn’t be closed at the moment.

She toke my information and made an appointment for me at the freezing door. I told her thank you I wasn’t trying to cause trouble I just don’t want to keep making unnecessary trips and the phone not working. I was so embarrassed I didn’t even come to my appointment because that was so unprofessional. I will not be returning Dental Dreams please consider getting new receptionist they are giving you a bad reputation you guys do fine work.

Dr shah is a blessing I had the most professional experience at this dentist office no long waits customer from the front staff is A1 it was a concern I had that was addressed and handled I got a root canal done on my two front teeth and well as a few fillings I was scared as hearing root canal is scary but they made sure I was extremely relax and they were patient great job and I'm in no pain so far and it's been a few hours

Damien dream dental is so Amazing ! Doctor Shah came to my rescue the doctor at Dream dental Chatham(horrible place) gave me the run around about a simple filling on a previous procedure by a doctor who no longer works there but has no new location . I mean they wanted to call corporate just to have a new doctor in the same location do the same procedure. He called them and said you know what I got you .

Love love love this place !!! Friendly staff and clean atmosphere.

I really love this place. I refer all my friends and family here because it’s so straight to the point and you’re in and out. I’ve had all 4 wisdom teeth removed here with no pain. root canal done here, no pain. Another tooth removed today, 60 seconds total. Dr. Shah is absolutely the best and the staff are so cute and sweet.
