Had been waiting in the waiting room for about 1 hrs and a half just to have to sit in the dental chair and wait another hour for the doctor to see me. This is the third time it's happened. They also have messed up my teeth a few too many times with no excuse as to why they messed up so badly.
My aunt came here for two root canals because they messed up the first time, the second time she had to go to the hospital and has to get neurosurgery due to the badly done root canal. Worst place ever.

Kinda hard to post a 5 star rating because today wasn't much more than a consultation. At first thought I was going to walk out cause of my nerves and the blunt dentist but they turned out to be great people all of them. . From being greeted as I walked in by the front counter staff then the nurses being friendly making you comfortable while being prepped, and the doctor although being blunt was very friendly and understanding and actually wanted to help me any way she could to get my nerves in check.
. Hopefully it wasn't a one time deal because I'm definitely coming back. .

Dental dreams on Grafton st Worcester is the best dental care I have seen. Many told me they couldn't do what Dental Dreams is going to do and very reasonable. If you need a great service at great savings you have to go there

Absolutely the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I was repeatedly passed between two dental hygienists during my visits, and at no point did I feel like I was being given proper attention or care. Each appointment felt rushed, and multiple times I was told they “didn’t have time” for me—even after I had already scheduled and shown up. I had to come in 4–5 times for a root canal issue, only to be sent home every time without treatment. Because of their repeated negligence, my tooth eventually broke and became infected.
When I expressed my frustration about the constant rescheduling, Dr. George—the male hygienist—raised his voice at me and even pointed his finger in my face. He told me that if I got an infection, it would be my fault, even though they were the ones repeatedly refusing to treat me. This behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Dental assistants and the receptionist witnessed the interaction, and I plan to file a formal complaint.
I left the office in tears and had to seek emergency care elsewhere, where I was finally given the proper medication and attention I needed to treat the infection caused by this office’s lack of care. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful, competent, and timely dental care.
