Berwyn Dental Group is the kind of neighborhood practice you hope to find—reliable, friendly, and great with the whole family. My husband and I have been coming here for 8 years, and we now bring our two kids too. The office has a warm, welcoming feel with staff who remember our names and ask about our summer plans. Dr. Patel is thorough but gentle; he made my son’s first cavity filling a non-event and explained my gum treatment with clear photos.
The hygienists are patient, especially with my wiggly 6-year-old, and they offer evening appointments that fit our work schedules. They handled my insurance mix-up without stress and even squeezed me in same-day when I had a toothache. A practice that feels like part of the community—we’re loyal for life.

The Dentist is amazing but I’ve been trying to get an appointment for 2 years and not once gave they answered. My daughter’s father walked in when he noticed they were open and was told they are only open when they have appointments and it’s by appointment only, and their phone number is the same, yet Monica never answers the phone or voice messages…

This location is under new management and doctor. I never had an issue contacting them or making an appointment until recently. I also received a phone call one day that my son's appointment was cancelled and I needed to reschedule. My family and I are still patients despite these new changes and inconveniences.
