He was in a lot of pain, and they handled everything with urgency and professionalism. Dr. Deepthi quickly diagnosed the issue and prescribed antibiotics, which provided much needed relief. Thank you for going above and beyond when I needed help the most!

My experience was great. The young lady was knowledgeable, patient, friendly and kind to my kids and I. The wait was long, but she was the only hygienist in the office. I am glad we moved to this location.

UPDATE: They just sent me a $63 bill for unspecified charges… what the office billed insurance does not align with the itemized bill they sent. Avoid this place at all costs! I'm going to talk about the facility setup for most of this review as this is why the rating is low. Receptionist never sent me new patient paperwork over the weekend before my appointment on Monday. That's fine, but they wouldn't see me until it was complete and it took me 30 minutes. Once they called my name to come back they sat me down in the XRay room, handed me a bill and asked for payment immediately. Said we could not continue the appointment without payment. . . . major red flag! Most reputable medical office would never do this!! Okay fine, with insurance $143 dollars.

. . Like others were saying they NEED to do the oral cancer screening. I've had that done at other dentist. . . they never even used the oral screening device on me while I was there. . . Again major red flag!! X-rays done then they take me back to an actual cleaning room, they say let me turn on Telehealth for you to see the doctor.

. . All the "doctor" does is look at your x-rays, and they rely on the dental assistant to actually look at your teeth. . . again, this is a major red flag!!! The dental assistant says her teeth look great, I suggest a regular cleaning, "doc" says great do that. Since my teeth were in good condition they did it on the spot, which took 10 minutes. But usually you have to make a separate appointment to get your teeth cleaned. I would seriously NEVER recommend this place to anyone!! This facility is sketchy, they squeeze every dollar they can out of you, all while NEVER seeing a physical doctor. DO NOT GO!!!

I scheduled my “new patient appointment” online a month in advance. I got my confirmation text and email about my upcoming appointment. When the day came, they said they do not have my appointment on file. They continued my intake and allowed me to be seen for my new patient appointment. They charged me $90 for x-rays, an oral cancer screening, and a VIRTUAL doctor via zoom. I left without even having a cleaning done, but they did schedule me for 2 upcoming appointments for a deep cleaning and regular cleaning totaling to about $350 “with” insurance.

I cancelled the two appointments. Now they are calling to collect a balanced owed on x-rays from my initial appointment. They state ‘we do accept your insurance however some of the x-rays we did are not covered by your insurance’, even though x-rays are covered once a year. They also neglected to ask my permission to perform these x-rays not covered under insurance. It feels like all they want to do is sell and take money.
