I give -1☆+1-worst. in professionalism. . . 1st. . this Monday beauti-or with eye lashes like feathers 🧐 is educating me on my insurances,pros & cons. . . which I've had for 24yrs. . RETARDED. . . . at its best. Then tells me to do a walk in on Friday so I would have to pay cash,( which my insurance covers every end). . . WoW. . the Spanish girl or what ever she perfers to be. . is awful. . .

. She looked like she was ready to go out and party. . . "OR" she's dressing up for her boss. On a Monday. . 🤔🧐I being her partner. . . good luck with that. Walk in service, ( HOOK )to take the hard earned money from uneducated people in need of care . . insurance or not. Horrible at its finest, wouldn't recommend to anyone. After my departure. . . I get a phone call. , I guess they realized I had a deep clean coming up in mid-December. explain that to your boss,or your preferred title during dinner. . . at the Diplomat Inn.

It took me a while to write this review, but after talking with my new dentist I am appalled. This office is so unprofessional. To begin, they gave me a crown that they shaved down so far that my new dentist pointed out this was not only bad work, but I will need to replace it once it starts causing me pain again because they left the metal showing. They went ahead and botched the crown above it, too by shaving that one down too much.

Thanks a ton because I'll be paying for that. A while back when I had an appt, I got a call that my dentist wanted to leave early and demanding that I come in early so she can do so. When I tried to get in 15 minutes early as I told them, they called me 3 times while I was on the bus rushing me and asking when I'm going to be there EARLY from our SCHEDULED appointment.

Absolutely terrible. The office is unorganized, unprofessional and unclean. The dentist had zero bedside manner and was very rough inside my mouth. I had to hold the x-ray machine so it didn't fall. The chair was broken. The light attached to the chair slowly fell towards me as the dentist aggressively sped through the work she was doing in my mouth. While I waited the dental assistant told the dentist she was helping the other dentist too.

The dentist indicated that the third woman was not in fact a dentist. It is troubling that the staff doesn't even know who is working with them or what their credentialling might be. To top it off the office is dirty from top to bottom. They also charge a premium to pay your bill with credit card. Who is carrying around large wads of cash to pay for cleanings and fillings? Save yourself the time and trouble and go somewhere else.

The people here are SUPER unorganized. I got here for my appointment at 2:40pm when it was scheduled at 3 and I noticed I had to sign in and there were three other people scheduled for 3pm which gave me the red flag that someone wasn’t going to be assisted on time.

At 3pm that’s when they called me up and they then decided to tell me that they tried to call me which is a lie because I never got a call. Second, why didn’t they call the day of the appointment if that was the case? Or leave a voicemail?I got cancelled on because the doctor couldn’t be there, also sucks because they don’t have multiple doctors? Go some place else and SAVE your time!!!
