I had an emergency appointment since my daughter broke her tooth while at school. They were able to get me an appointment within 30 min. Dr. Chen took care of the situation and gave me his professional opinion on what to do in this situation. I definitely will be coming back. Friendly staff clean location.

Called this office to get a refill on whitening gel since my dentist who carried them recently retired. My other "backup" dentist that I can get the whitening gel from is too far north. I called Align, spoke with the receptionist and explained that it was urgent bc I was going on a trip the next day and needed a refill of the gel. She asked me if I was a patient there, I said no, & I explained the situation. She gave me the price and confirmed that I could come pick them up. The drive to the office about 25 mins. When I arrived, I let the receptionist know I was picking up the whitening gel.

The receptionist asked if I was a patient and I said no. She left the reception area, spoke with someone briefly, returned and said she was sorry but I had to be a patient there to get the gel. ?? I told her that the previous person I spoke with before had confirmed that I could pick them up, and that I had also let that person know that I wasn't a patient there. The receptionist then said that the person whom I spoke with gave me wrong information, and then asked if I would like to make an appointment. ?? NO. No apology either. I later found out that the amount they charge for the gel is about double of what it costs online (this place wanted $40+ for a pack of 3.

On Amazon you can get a 10 pack for $24). The gel also isn't a controlled/regulated substance so no, you don't need an appointment to buy it. The office wasted my gas, & an hour of my day while I'm trying to pack for an international trip, and then tried to scam me into making an unneeded appointment. Nice collection of bogus reviews too. AVOID THIS PLACE.
