Honestly best dentist I have been to. I have had bad experiences with dentist near me and happy that I found a place that is so comforting and welcoming. The assistant and front desk girls were so polite and friendly. I came in for two teeth extractions and overall best experience. I am happy to say this will be my permanent dentist office.

The staff was very helpful, professional, and friendly. The office is very clean and esthetically pleasing. The music in the waiting area is specifically Spanish, which is probably their most prevalent client base. However, there is nothing wrong with a little mix.

My dentist was nice and informative, but I can't remember if she gave me her name. I don't think anyone gave their names. Going back for a wisdom tooth extraction and will post after.

I read their message, and this is definitely the office I visited. When I first posted my Google review, they replied with a generic message asking me to contact the office. Later, I checked back and saw they had edited their response to say: “This picture is not of Dental Town Melrose Park, it seems as you might have reviewed the wrong office. ” That edit felt misleading and dismissive—especially since I know exactly where I went. (I've attached a screenshot of their original reply for reference. ) The dentist who treated me was Dr. Amina Quadri.

I had a disappointing experience at Dental Town in Melrose Park. I take excellent care of my teeth—knock on wood, I’ve never had any dental issues. At other dental offices, cleanings have always been thorough: plaque removal, flossing, polishing, and a fluoride treatment. That wasn’t the case here. The cleaning took under two minutes and consisted only of a quick plaque scrape with a tool—no flossing, polishing, or fluoride. It felt rushed and careless. I’m especially mindful of my dental visits because my insurance only covers one cleaning every six months.

I expect that cleaning to be done thoroughly and with care—something I clearly didn’t receive here. To make matters worse, when I called to request my X-ray records (because I won’t be returning), I was told I’d have to pay to obtain them. And since then, they’ve repeatedly called me to schedule another appointment—completely out of touch with the experience I had. To be fair, they do accept most insurances and were able to get me in quickly with no long wait. That said, based on the poor quality of care and the way they tried to deny responsibility by editing their public response, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
