About
Dr. Barrese graduated from Muhlenberg College in 2009. After graduation, he attended the New York University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences where he earned a Master's degree in Molecular Biology. Dr. Barrese attended New York University College of Dentistry and received a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. He was inducted into the prestigious honors society known as Omicron Kappa Upsilon and was awarded the Dean Edward G. Kaufman Award for Academic Excellence. After NYU, Dr. Barrese completed his specialty training at Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine. He earned a certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, while also earning another Master's degree in Oral Biology for his research in virtual planning in oral surgery and orthodontics to correct dentofacial deformities. In private practice, he enjoys the challenge of treating complicated orthodontic cases requiring adjunct orthognathic surgery, like those with cleft palate, or dentofacial abnormalities.
