About
Dr. Elphida Ayvazian Tuminelli is a Prosthodontist serving the Manhasset area. Dr. Ayvazian received her DMD degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. She completed a General Practice Residency and a two year Fellowship in Advanced Prosthodontics and Implant Dentistry at North Shore University Hospital Manhasset campus, where she received training in both surgical and restorative aspects of implant dentistry. She went on to complete a Graduate Program in Prosthodontics at the Manhattan Veterans Administration, New York Harbor Healthcare System. Dr. Ayvazian maintains a private practice in Manhasset NY. She is currently a clinical attending in the Graduate Prosthodontics Program at the NY Harbor Healthcare System- NY campus. Dr. Ayvazian serves as the Director of Public Relations and Communications Division for the American College of Prosthodontists, and is on the board of directors for the American College of Prosthodontists NY Section. She is also on the board of directors for the Association for Innovative Dentistry.
