Care Philosophy

Dr. Kevin Waltrous is a general and cosmetic dentist who treats patients at Last Son Dental in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Waltrous graduated in 2001 with a degree in Chemistry from Tufts University, before going on to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree in 2010 from the same university. Before graduating, Dr. Waltrous gained valuable experiencing working as a Complete Denture and Clinical Teaching Assistant and also as a Radiology Teaching Assistant. Dr. Waltrous taught denture fabrication and supervised film diagnosis. Dr. Waltrous successfully completed his internship at the New Hampshire State Prison for men. During this time he provided dental care to the inmates. Before opening his own practice, Last Son Dental, Dr. Waltrous worked at several dental practices, where he provided a full range of dental procedures and treatments.Dr. Waltrous has received awards from D42, the Ralph Colchamiro Endowed Prize Fund for Community and Public Health, and also from Dr. Esther Kaplan Colchamiro.
