Horrible experience all a round. The dentist is seen for 5 minutes. If that. Over 30 minute wait for your appt. Horrible customer service. They will reschedule an appt, not tell you, then argue with you when you show documents from their office that you're correct. Never received an apology. Nevermind the poor wisdom teeth removal surgery, and the lack of after surgery care! Couldn't even get a hold of the doctor! Absolutely worse dental experience. They seem to price gouge as well. You end up paying more for bad service, ironic yes?! The only positive is Drew, your hygienist. An amazing person, not why she stays with so much unprofessional around her.
