After talking to me about everything on how my daughter were complaining and that nothing the hygienist uses will cut her, she says this is what I’m going to do I’m going to removed them from my schedule and you take them back to their old dentist because in 6 months I don’t want them to come for another cleaning and complain about the cleaning again and I don’t want you calling and complain again. I tried to talk, and she wouldn’t even let me say one word. I manage to ask to speak to someone else and she said there is nobody else I am it I asked to speak to the dentist she says he doesn’t speak to anybody. She just kept saying that’s all I can say we are actually closed (I called at 4:54 and waited 5 mins to talk to her by this time it was 5:07) and she hung up on me. My daughter has a huge chunk taken from the side of her cheek and can barely eat. The office manager was so nasty and disrespectful I would NOT recommend anybody taking their kids here. I’ve read their reviews on google

I had a similar experience as the person above. My kids are older, so they weren't screaming but I have the right to know what is happening to my child at an appointment. Parents aren't allowed to be with the child while they are having an exam. They make them sit in the waiting room. As a minor, the parent needs to see what care and treatment is being given... not only in concerns of safety but in concerns of what is billed to the insurance company.

I wouldn't recommend sending children there because the parents are not permitted to go back. My daughter was screaming her head off and they wouldn't allow me to go back. They put that straight jacket on her. It was her first time seeing a dentist at four. She was absolutely traumatized. He told me she had a big cavity and needed a crown placed on it. I took her to two other dentists who allowed me back with her and they both explained it was a small cavity which could be filled easily.
