It was my first time going to this specific location after 2+ years of going to the florin location and I was treated poorly by a white male who was trying to sell me gum x and a night guard and when I asked him if by signing id be agreeing to it he told me in a sassy tone “what does it say right there”. I was pretty upset by this and wanted to tell him something but realized it’s whatever and im just not going back there.

mind you I was treated much more friendly at the florin location in the ghetto.

My family and I have been patients at Western Dental for many years, but unfortunately, our experiences have been consistently disappointing. One particularly concerning incident involved a dentist whose lack of proper diagnosis led to the unnecessary treatment of a healthy tooth. As a result, I paid nearly $1,600 out of pocket and continue to experience issues with the same tooth — which had no problems before the treatment. My wife also had a similar experience with improper treatment, which caused her ongoing dental issues.

In addition, the clinic consistently fails to honor scheduled appointment times. We are often left waiting an hour or more past our scheduled time, which is both frustrating and unprofessional. I sincerely hope these concerns are taken seriously, and that meaningful steps are taken to improve the quality of care and respect for patients’ time.

The stuff is very fanatic, rude, and disrespectful. They asked me for documents. I provided them, but one of the manager was just excused when I went to talk to their supervisor (Justin) he was more rude, and he was aggressive to me. It was a very bad experience that I had.

The Dental Hygienist is always caring and helpful. Front office ladies are nice. My root canal specialist comes for root canal patients. He hurt me so much that I couldn't allign my teeth to bite. No crown yet, because my root canal is not yet fixed yet, and the temporary filling is coming off. I have headaches, earache on the side of the tooth, and I still can't bite or chew my food well. Since January 11, 2025 until now they're sending referrals to specialist office.

I rather have that tooth extracted than wait for my insurance approval. I've learned my lesson, I'll never go to a dentists office for any specialist work. Other dentists for my twins are rude and careless if they hurt my kids or not while they're keep pushing on the chin or the gums. This office gets backed up 1 or 2 dentists at times, the wait time is more than 2 hours. The front office girls are nice if the environment is calm.
