For a walking clinic being able to see us we were impressed. Many emergency clinics don't allow this and regular dentists just don't have time. The front desk lady who helped me was kind from the beginning and when we left. I think her name was catrina

Was told today I'm on a walk in only basis because I "missed way too many appointments." I haven't even scheduled there in months so my son and I will have to go somewhere new. They're also not good with toddlers who have sensory issues. I have had a tooth bothering me for over a year and all they say is there's nothing they can do since another dentist filled the tooth. Just not worth it at all.

I was a patient at West End Dental for 2 years. Place always seemed dirty and hygienists were VERY rough. During my last cleaning, I was told I had a cavity that needed filled ASAP. Never had it filled. Fast forward 7 months to today... new dentist. Full exam and x-rays and NO CAVITIES. Thank goodness I listened to my gut and switched dentists!!!!
