I was having toothaches, and called to inquire when I could be seen. They were able to get me in the next day. The staff really go out of their way for their patients. Everyone here is super kind and welcoming. Dr. Britton is a really good doctor who cares about his patients, and it shows in his work and mannerisms.

Entire staff is super sweet and friendly! They got me in and fixed up same day. Fantastic to have a dentist and staff that cares. Seriously, ive been going on nonstop to everyone about how nice they all were! Thank you guys so much, again!

I had an infected tooth, was in so much pain and hadn't been to a dentist since before covid. Urgent dental Lafayette got me in the same day that I called! All of the staff are amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I was given a deep cleaning and tooth extracted within a couple hours. I left feeling like a weight was lifted . No more pain and clean teeth!

I rarely leave reviews, but today’s experience left me no choice. I had an appointment first thing in the morning and showed up right when the office opened. There was a long line of people checking in, and the very first patient — who also had a 9AM appointment — ended up rescheduling and leaving. By the time I got to the front of the line, I was met with immediate attitude from heavier set woman at the desk with glasses. She told me I didn’t have an appointment there, but instead at the Indy location. I asked if there was any way they could see me because I was in so much pain and She didn’t even try to help — just said “no” with more attitude and told me they were fully booked until Thursday. I asked about walk-ins (since their website says they accept them), and again she was cold and dismissive, saying it would be hours — even though the first patient had literally just canceled their spot.

I left feeling completely dismissed and defeated. Later, I checked online again and saw that the Lafayette location did have a 1:00PM slot available. I went back inside and asked about it, and she told me that was just a “walk-in reservation,” and not an actual appointment — which makes zero sense. Why is the website set up like that if you’re not actually going to honor it? To top it off, this wasn’t the first time I’ve heard bad things about this location — even my husband didn’t have a great experience here. But I was in so much pain, I just hoped for the best. Thankfully, I ended up calling the Frankfort location, and the receptionist there went above and beyond to help me. She told me to head that way immediately, and they would get me in — and they did.

She was kind, patient, and understanding, and the entire staff at Frankfort was amazing. I ended up getting my tooth pulled and the whole experience there was super easy and they made me feel at ease. I will gladly drive 30 minutes to Frankfort over 4 minutes to this location. At least there, you’re treated like a human being who matters. I will never go to this location ever again, do not waste your time going here, clearly they have no idea what customer service and sympathy is.
