Went back because my 2 year old has a cavity. They bring us back and strap my son in a straight jacket type thing, and close to 25-30 minutes go by and still no dentist. I asked why would they strap him in so early ( he was bawling his little eyes out) they told me so he would be ready when they got in. They didn't care that it was traumatizing him. So I unstrapped him from the chair and left. Still waiting on my refund. Apparently have to wait for the manager.

The place is barely kid friendly. The staff doesn't seem to care. The waiting room is always jam packed. The place is ridiculous. They also couldn't do all my daughters Fillings in the same day so now I have to go back once again. Once I'm done with her fillings I will go elsewhere.

If I could do 0 stars I would! We had an appointment at 11 for a consultation, we brought in our insurance twice weeks before the appointment. We were told to be there at least 15 min before the appointment. Arrived at 10:35, didn't get seen until 11:20, just for X-rays, then wait till 12! For the dentist to come around finally, had to wait again for dental assistant to finish process for pricing and plan, only to be told insurance wants on file! 😤 we waited over a hour before the X-rays and checking person not once mentioned and issue.

Days before the appointment no call either that there was a issue, but they decide to wait after 2 freaking hours to tell us that they don't have the insurance card and needed it again! And now have to wait at least another couple hours for IT to upload and get an update! And of course we're the bad parents for being upset. Horrible experience!!!

They always take in my new foster placements which I appreciate and their treatment is good. typically have extremely long wait times especially for new patients.

The staff are friendly but unprofessional they forgot to do my son’s fluoride application so they did it in the lobby this morning before we walked out. At one point I was receiving appointment reminders for another patient even after telling them they put my number to the wrong patient

We really like Pippin because they let parents stay with their kids during all exams and procedures and are very child centered. All the dentists and staff try to make sure that it is a positive experience for kids.

The only downside is that they are often running behind so we have to wait a while after arriving for our appointment but it is worth it to us for the kids to have a positive experience.
