I had the most wonderful reception to this office. Over the phone they ensured me they were in network with my dental insurance. After the services were provided, iI was only responsible for my copay. I went home feeling great about the experience. About two weeks later I received a bill for over 1500 because when they submitted the claim to the insurance, they had fallen out of network.
I definitely wont be back to this office ever again. Can’t recommend it as they aren’t sure about the information they provide to their customers. If there was a mark for lower that 1 star thats where i will place them.

Have been going here for a few years now. Never been much of a fan of dentist visits of any kind but Cheryl the hygienist is amazing and the time you spend in the chair goes by in the blink of an eye because of her. Both Doctors are friendly gentle and down to earth. I would recommend this office to anyone!

If you’re anything like me and get anxious at the thought of going to the dentist especially in a new town, Waterview is the place to go! The staff here is amazing. Their office is clean and welcoming. Dr. Mike does an amazing job at explaining any procedures that may need to get done and how to improve your oral hygiene without making you feel bad. Definitely recommend Waterview Dental!

I had the opportunity to be a patient @Waterview dental & it is the best dentist to go to & they use thee best materials to make bridges . I missed a cpl app. & They wont let me back so i ended up getting 6cheap bridge ,due to a tooth breaking ,& its hidieous!!& Not make with acrylic,some cheap pick stuff that i hear crackling .
i still have my w. v bridge ,im writting them a letter & begging them to have me back to help me and fix their bridge so i can have a high quality 1 instead of a pc of _ one !! Sincerely,Marilyn Saltus
