Going to the dentist has always given me anxiety, but my husband had some beautiful restoration done by Cromwell Dental and raved at how comfortable they made him feel. Upon arrival I was greeted by an attentive receptionist and only waited a couple minutes before being greeted by my new hygenist, Kelly. She was professional and very sweet, which made me super comfortable. The entire practice is very clean, organized and has a peaceful vibe.

Everyone I was introduced to was easy going and it just made my first experience in a new office very easy. I honestly will not ever have anxiety again when going to the Dentist. A+++

I have not been to this dentist since mid-2024 due to ongoing issues with billing and dishonesty from this practice. For months, I received texts and emails claiming I had an outstanding balance. Despite calling three separate times to resolve it, the problem persisted. I was told that the insurance never responded, and that I didn’t owe anything—yet my insurance records clearly show the claim was submitted MONTHS after my visit. Most of my claims have been paid, with the exception of $27. In fact, I overpaid by $29, which was never refunded or even acknowledged.

Then, on April 25th, I received a text stating I owe $398—an amount that doesn't match any of my actual claims. Additionally, I was told I needed four cavities filled and was told I have periodontal disease—both of which my new dentist confirmed were completely inaccurate. I’ve already had over 10 fillings here that may have been unnecessary. It’s become clear to me that these procedures were likely pushed to increase revenue, including recommending cleanings every four months under false pretenses. To make matters worse, there's a constant turnover of dentists, so you rarely see the same provider more than once. I strongly encourage others to reconsider before choosing this practice.

You're better off saving your time, money, and peace of mind. I’ve since heard similar stories from many others who have gone here. Plenty of other practices that aren't money hungry and liars. They also blocked me on Facebook because they don't want to own up to their mistakes. They only have good reviews because they block the ones that aren't good.

Wonderful, compassionate, caring, and will go the extra mile to may sure you are happy, and wanting to come back. The office employees, techs and dentist make you feel like one of the family. Professional but not stuffy. I no longer fear going to the dentist and am thrilled that I found them.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am for the crew here. Laura & Jason went above and beyond to help me when I was in more pain than I'd ever like to be again. Together with Dr. Tariq they called favors and pulled strings and I will forever be grateful.

Hannah is the friendliest face you'd want when dealing with dental anxiety, top marks for customer service. Danielle was knowledgeable, patient, and kind when performing my cleanings and helping me understand the basics of dental hygiene. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I can't wait to come back!
