Super Friendly and Professional people!! Been a patient here for almost 2 years..quit going to Premier by the library; what a wonderful change! Dr V is great. Hygienists always do a fantastic job. Office staff always greets you with a smile. Strongly recommend this office. Thank you everyone; will be difficult to find a new dentist down in Savannah that is as great as you’ve been.

The entire atmosphere is sketchy and makes me feel unsafe. Only dentist accepting new patients and my insurance but they won’t see me because I attempted to reschedule my cleaning. Extremely rude.

I wanted to love this practice so much. Everyone is so sweet, especially miss Amanda! You’re a real one sweet girl! But my concern is this: at my first appointment, there was never a cleaning done. Just X-Rays, and two plans written up. One was $17,000 and something, the other was about $3,000 and something. I had made it a point to bring up veneers, as it’s something I’ve wanted for awhile now. And they yet again ignored that, writing my plan up for crowns and/or fillings. They said they wanted to take care of my wisdom teeth, as well as an upper molar I broke a few years ago, because they’re causing me the most issue. They never went over what to expect, but that’s what I’m here to tell you: expect them to not give you any sort of anesthesia. Nothing. You WILL be awake the entire time of the procedure. You also get no pain meds during. Just shots of Novocain.
That’s the only thing you get for the extraction. Then once they’re out? 800 mg of ibuprofen and 500 mg of Tylenol. I found that odd, considering at 16, I got my lowers out and was given Xanax, Vicodin, and WAS knocked out. I didn’t think much into it, took the ibuprofen immediately, switching back and fourth between it & 1,000 mg Tylenol every 4 hours. Yanno, the way you’re SUPPOSED to mix Tylenol & ibuprofen. I couldn’t sleep through the night the pain was so bad, and when I called this morning to explain, all Dr. Verma said was to start taking the Tylenol & Ibuprofen at the same time. WHAT?! ABSOLUTETLY NOT. My mom used to be an MA before switching to LDO, I was taught NEVER to mix the two before 4 hours. They only took my upper wisdom teeth, as well as my middle, upper left molar. I had chipped the inward most molar (next to upper middle left) chewing gum a couple of months ago, and Dr. Verma assured me we would fix it so I could continue eating meat, and other solid foods… When I went in yesterday morning, it was only the bit I had broken off gone… well, when I happened to run my tongue over that tooth… it’s now hollow, and maybe 1/3rd of that molar stands in my mouth.
And it was NOT like that prior to sitting in that chair. Overall? I’m hurt. Physically and emotionally. How can you seem like such a caring doctor, then make your patients suffer, and do little to nothing about it? Because now, even when my mouth does heal, I most likely will no longer be able to enjoy some of my favorites like steak, chicken, and anything harder to chew. Do not go to this office. I am in contact with a lawyer as well. This is NOT okay, and you CANNOT treat your patients like the scum on the bottom of your shoes. Absolutely appalled by the nerve of this doctor. I wish I could give 0 stars, because he deserves none.

Every place I have ever gone to has ran my insurance to make sure it would be accepted BEFORE the appointment. Some people work 50-60 hours a week and depend on that. After getting a new insurance and asking if they accept it 3 different times, with the same answer of yes, at the end of the appointment I was told it was not accepted. This isn’t the first time this has happened with this place, but it will be the last.
I won’t be back. It’s really a shame because I love the dentist and staff. Whoever handles billing should be held responsible.
